What materials do you use to make patches?
Our embroidered patches are made from a blend of poly-cotton twill fabric with 100% rayon threads. For PVC patches, we use PVC vinyl.
What is the purpose of the tape backing?
The tape backing is a peel-and-stick backing suitable for temporary applications, such as trade shows or weekend events. We suggest a hot-cut border for patches with tape backing. However, for long-term use, we do not recommend tape backing.
