Overall I’m satisfied with the custom patches. The company responded to my inquiry quickly and were quick to make corrections that I requested. They might not be perfect, but if you don’t go crazy with detail they’ll come out nice. Shipping was also very timely. I won’t specify how long it took to receive my order but it arrived well before the date it was expected.

Fast, super competitively priced, outstanding customer service and attention to customer satisfaction. The digital graphics staff was extremely responsive to discussions, as my patch artwork was being perfected into becoming exactly what I wanted. I will definitely use this company again and I have already recommended them to other satisfied customers!

Communication via e-mail was easy and they replied very quickly. I had a couple phone communications as well and they were very helpful assisting with fine tuning our Fire Dept patch design and specifications. Highly recommended!
